My experience at Tom's was great! I had an issue with my car's window and didn't know where to turn, so I found Tom's on Yelp. I was able to bring my car in the same day to leave overnight in their secure lot, and the car was fixed the next day. Everyone I spoke with at Tom's was very nice and professional. I just recently moved to the Junction area and am happy to have a local mechanic to turn to.

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the job done, and the friendliness of the staff. I was also very impressed that I wasn’t pressured into services that were not needed.

Fantastic. Tracy suggested other items that I should put on my watch list - but not in a pushy way, in a informative, helpful way. I had also arrived without my Orca card and he gave me bus money!! That is above and beyond.
