My car was towed to Tom's by AAA because a place I'd previously used was busy. This turned out to be the best choice. The customer service was excellent from my initial call to pick up and there was communication from them every step of the way. I don't drive my car often and haven't driven since I got home but on the drive home it felt and sounded better than it has in a long time. I've already recommended my daughters come here.

I took my car in for an oil change and a maintenance light issue on my SUV. There were no unpleasant surprises so that was great! I like that they let me know what maintenance items will be coming up so I can start planning for that expense. Tom's takes great care of my car!
