What I appreciate most about Tom's Auto in West Seattle is their level of customer service. Compared to a dealership shop, their personal attention to details like explaining the list of items your car needs in order of priority helps to break it down and not be overwhelmed. Yes, car repairs can add up, but their approach makes it palatable. It puts us in the position to prioritize what to take care of first. They are experts in auto repairs and customer service!

I brought my car in after being in storage for nearly three years. Tom's did a comprehensive checkup to confirm that all was well. They were very upfront with recommendations. They even confirmed that the oil didn't need replacing. I appreciate their honesty in all my dealings with them both this time and in the past.

We purchased a used car from an individual who used this shop. After purchasing I called for information on the car. The office staff were efficient and friendly. I scheduled an appointment and they got the car in quickly. This is clearly a very well run auto repair shop, maybe not the least expensive, but seemed very honest and it struck me as a place where you get what you pay for, great service and great repairs from a trust worthy business.

I have been a regular customer of Tom's since I moved to West Seattle 4 years ago. I am glad I have a relationship with a servicer I can trust, especially as a woman, and who knows me and my car. I know if I have a problem I can count on them to jump on it. And they keep in touch with servicing and oil change reminders.
