They reminded us of our upcoming appt will in advance. Following the routine oil change and service my wife pickup the car while I paid over the phone. They gave us the cars report card that it is doing well but will need new brakes and tires before the winter weather returns. Thank you!

This place has been so friendly and helpful. Twice I've brought my car by and they've look at it without charging to troubleshoot an issue for me. I've been looking for a new mechanic in the West Seattle area and plan to use this place whenever I need something.
