I'm satisfied with the work on my Lexus. It was on time and fell within the original estimate, while covering Lexus's requirements. The worksheet listed the work done and provided a good status report. Bill

I'm been going to Tom's for at least 10 years and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, competent, and professional. Even "bad news" isn't quite as bad because they are very helpful, explaining what the problem is and the options available.

I didn't know whether Tom's was open on January 2, but received a call that moning to bring in the car. ... And everything I wanted and needed to get done was handled, from repair of my door opener to oil and lube, to finding the cause of the rattle under my car and getting this taken care of ... And everything was done with the New Year... But what more would I expect after having received this kinf of service for many years.

Thanks for taking our Taurus with short notice. The dealer where we bought it was not very encouraging when I called, so I thought of you. It was a good choice. It was quickly diagnosed, then fixed. Although shocked by the sticker, it had to be done. But shame on Ford for designing the part in such a way that assures failure.
