We were able to get an appointment the same day I called. Though we took the truck in for only an oil change, the mechanics at Tom's always give the truck a thorough once over. They found some items that needed to be addressed - including one that could have been a genuine safety concern. They we able to clearly communicate with me what needed to be done and the cost. They answered all my questions, and though the bill was going to be more than we originally intended we felt they were accurate in their assesment of our old truck and were recommending service that was reasonable. Overall, we have had good experiences working with Tom's. They seem honest and do quality work.
