Everything was discussed with me and explained. I appreciate the the fact that the staff really keeps track of what my car needs to keep it in good running order. I also appreciate the courtesy and friendliness and the extra services, such as the pick up and drop off if I need to leave my car for a day. for big jobs, I get a car wash, too.

Clean facility, friendly receptionist, groomed and knowledgeable technicians who are there to assist you with your mechanical issues.

I was recommended Tom's by my boyfriend's brother, as well as a few others. I was of course thrilled to have my car that I hadn't driven in 4 mon due to transmission slippage returned drivable! It turned out that my transmissions pan underneath was leaking and was the reaon that the slippage began. I felt they were very honest, and very thorough. Thanks guys:)

Tom's goes a step beyond in service, communication and attitude. They aren't the least expensive, but they certainly aren't the most.
