When I got home I found a document in my mailbox saying I was entitled to a $20.00 discount on my bill of over $200.00. Patty did not tell me about this and charged me for the total amount. I am not a happy camper about this!

my experience with Tom's has been excellent, I have been to many others in WS as I have lived here 58 years and Tom's is the most straight forward car repair shop I have found. They have saved me money that others wanted to charge me $1000.'s for. I would highly recommend this shop.

I was given a breakdown of all the work that needed doing and chose the priority items only. It was a relief to not be stuck with doing it al at once.

I appreciate the attention to detail and being taken seriously when I ask about "funny' noises coming from my car. After the service my car sounds much better. I also appreciate being patient and being flexible about when I can come to get my car (usually very close to 5:00pm, taking the bus to Tom's).
