They're straight forward, quick, reasonable, and professional. The only issue we had was the courtesy shuttle doesn't extend past West Seattle so regardless of whether you're spending a couple grand to get your car fixed you can't get picked up from downtown (where most people work).

We brought in vehicle for inspection and oil change. Two wheels needed to be replaced. Tom's took car to nearby tire shop and found same tires at same price that I had replaced the other two six months earlier. Made it very easy to schedule, drop off/pick up, and I feel the pricing is competitive, if not lower than most shops. This is my 3rd time utilizing Tom's, keep up the great work guys! Thanks!

VERY nice marketing, reception, customer care (including coffee, shuttle service and even loaners!), thorough written analysis of needs for car AND quick estimates for those repairs. However, the prices are out of my range -- as much as I'd like to go back and enjoy your services, I can't afford it. Thanks for the discount and coffee though!

You can be confident that you will be treated honestly and fairly. Also may have a loaner car available, which is great if they need to keep the car for a few days. Highly recommend.

as always, my repair was done on budget and finished a day earlier than planned. Professional, courteous, and friendly, I have nothing but praise for the whole experience, esp John and Candy. Keep up the good work. Ideally I would never have to come in again, via living in a perfect utopia, but since I don't I will continue to have tom & Co service my vehicle

I do appreciate your great automotive service and friendly office staff but your shop hours (8-5) aren't very good for people who work outside West Seattle. Would you consider 7-6?
