I drive 30 miles to come back to Tom's. I know they will check out my car and would tell me of any problems. I have complete faith in their integrity.

When my car had its oil change/inspection it turned out it needed new brakes. Tom's got everything done very quickly, I saved quite a bit by bringing in their coupon, and as always they were just really nice about everything - a pleasure to do business with.

Tom's did my oil change and other service and let me know what was needed coming up - they even prioritized it for me because I couldn't afford to do it all at once. They had the car over the weekend and gave me a loaner. When they called, though, I couldn't come in the day we previously agreed to because of a change in my schedule. They don't charge for the loaner car and they didn't fuss when I had to come in a day later. They have always done the right thing by me as far as I can tell.

Despite my efforts to maintain my car properly, I admit I don't know anything about cars. So when I brought my limping beast into Tom's, the friendly staff worked with me on a plan to make my car roadworthy again that would suit my limited budget. I really appreciated the loaner car so I could continue to work.
