I no longer live near Tom's but I still bring my car in because the service is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, suggesting what ought to be done now and what can wait, woking with my budget. I've recommended Tom's to everyone I know and I hope they've had the sense to give Tom's a try.

I stopped in during a rainstorm to ask that they fix my dead headlight. It was taken care of very quickly and with good humor, as always.

Tom's went out of their way to trouble shoot shoddy break-work and then negotiated on my behalf with a different shop to have the work redone at no cost.

As always, everything was good. Total cost of repair was less than the "$800 and we'll call you if we find something else." There was nothing else so the estimate was correct. They called me to let me know they'd have to keep it a day longer for further testing, and then called the next day when it was ready. I trust and like going to Tom's; their customer service is very good and their repairs have always been honest and satisfactory. 1995 Ranger with 208,000 miles on the original engine.

Tom's provides good service at fair pricing. They seem to be push repairs and services more than previously. They are friendly, courteous, timely. They will maintain your vehicle in good condition.
