Tom's has been awesome. We have all 3 of our vehicles serviced here, and they take great care of us. Sorry that we'll be moving to Austin and not be able to use them any more.

I deeply appreciate the care Tom's employees take not only with my car, but with me. When I go there my car has some sort of crisis and they're very good at patiently explaining my options. Recently I had what appeared to be an emergency, got an appointment the next day, and was able to have a quick fix so my car would be safe to drive. I also made an appointment for the rest of the work to be done. The staff was kind, informative, and even offered me a loaner. I no longer live near Tom's but I always bring my car there.

We have been regulars at Toms for a couple years and find that they are very straightforward when they do estimates and do not try to pressure anyone into making any repairs.

Our experience was excellent! It was done on time, they offered me a ride home when I dropped it off, and they even washed my vehicle! Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgable, giving you confidence that your vehicle is in good hands.

Kandi and Patty and the rest of the team at Tom's are always friendly, helpful, and give good advice. They don't try to get me to do work that's not required, although they do point out things that require attention. Quick, easy and always solid work by their technicians and mechanics. I'm a happy local customer in WS.

Near closing time on a Wednesday, tech examined my SUV and determined that is should not be driven any further. Dropped of Friday & Picked up on Monday with an abundance of cool (quite) air with the turn of a knob.

Service was good, and friendly, as always. Some non-urgent work couldn't be completed because you didn't have the parts for my Mini. I have to admit, that the lack of parts and the fact that the Mini dealer was offering an oil change for $69.99 might make me go to them next time. Tom's is certainly more convenient, but if I have to bring my car in twice, that negates the convenience factor.
