I keep coming back and back because I appreciate the efficient, personal attention that they give to their customers. They keep you appraised on the progress of your repair and stand by the work they do. The courtesy shuttle is a dying perk of most repair facilities, but TOM'S still has it going and it is appreciated. Service with a smile and the confidence that the work is done right the first time!

I was looking for a new garage and when I found out about Tom's through a networking group I'm a part of, I decided to try them out. I have an '03 Subaru Outback that just turned 100,000 miles and it was time for it's next oil change and check-up. The work was done in a little over an hour. I was given a sheet that laid out what was checked and given a verbal explaination, too. The staff was freindly and they even washed my car. What's not to like?!

Tom's has been awesome. We have all 3 of our vehicles serviced here, and they take great care of us. Sorry that we'll be moving to Austin and not be able to use them any more.

I deeply appreciate the care Tom's employees take not only with my car, but with me. When I go there my car has some sort of crisis and they're very good at patiently explaining my options. Recently I had what appeared to be an emergency, got an appointment the next day, and was able to have a quick fix so my car would be safe to drive. I also made an appointment for the rest of the work to be done. The staff was kind, informative, and even offered me a loaner. I no longer live near Tom's but I always bring my car there.

We have been regulars at Toms for a couple years and find that they are very straightforward when they do estimates and do not try to pressure anyone into making any repairs.
