These guys are knowledgeable, efficient, and are customer friendly. If there is an issue they can't handle, they will tell you upfront what your options might be. You can even talk them prior to an appointment over the phone. No surprises with Tom's. I've been working with them for over 10 years and will continue to do so.

The service has been good, but after driving over 5oo,ooo miles in many years, I have lost 2 hubcaps within 2 days and most recently after 2 hours of leaving their shop. They agreed to replace the last lost hubcap which I appreciate. But 2 lost hubcaps in 500,000 miles, all associated with visits to their shop???????? I did recommend their service to a friend today--he said he would visit today.
