Great service. Everyone is so professional - I know exactly what they are going to do and how much it costs. It is so helpful that they call and remind me when my car needs service, and then they send me a thank you note after the service. They also offer a shuttle that will take you home.

Had a challenging coolant leak that took multiple visits and they made it right. Great communication throughout.

The A/C on my CR-V stopped working. I was able to take my car in the same day I called and they diagnosed the problem within about 10 minutes. Called me later the same day to give me the cost estimate. Very helpful and understanding that the repair was expensive and that I was considering whether or not to have the work done.

I have been going to Tom’s for a while now to have my 2006 Scion worked on. They do quality work and at a good price. Very professional and honest, great staff to work with. I am saddened that I am moving down to Arizona at the end of the month and will no longer be able to have my car serviced at Tom’s. I hope I can find a new one like them down there. Great customer service, totally went the extra mile in terms of COVID awareness as the car was sanitized prior to it getting returned to us. Super communicative and helpful in terms of current and future maintenance. Also very friendly. Will be back-
