I have taken my vehicles to Tom's Automotive for over 20 years. I appreciate their honesty and integrity along with the quality of their work. They don't "upsell" or recommend unneeded service. I keep my vehicles for a very long time. Their honest assessment of my trucks and cars has been very helpful for me in making the decision as to repair or replace.

Tom's automotive has very experienced, professional and friendly staff. As a female, I don't feel I can trust certain mechanics. The owner is female and I completely trust her advise. They gave me a list of what maintenance items needed to be completed but did not pressure to complete them at that time.

Great service. Everyone is so professional - I know exactly what they are going to do and how much it costs. It is so helpful that they call and remind me when my car needs service, and then they send me a thank you note after the service. They also offer a shuttle that will take you home.

Had a challenging coolant leak that took multiple visits and they made it right. Great communication throughout.

The A/C on my CR-V stopped working. I was able to take my car in the same day I called and they diagnosed the problem within about 10 minutes. Called me later the same day to give me the cost estimate. Very helpful and understanding that the repair was expensive and that I was considering whether or not to have the work done.
