Thanks for taking our Taurus with short notice. The dealer where we bought it was not very encouraging when I called, so I thought of you. It was a good choice. It was quickly diagnosed, then fixed. Although shocked by the sticker, it had to be done. But shame on Ford for designing the part in such a way that assures failure.

I have such trust in your business. I feel that when you do the work, I do not have to worry about my car...Keep up the good work.

Dealing with the crew at Tom's has always been a good experience for me. I have always been treated with respect and the communication is excellent. Whenever I leave my car I don't have to wonder if they were listening to me... they address all my issues and call with updates or questions. I feel the prices are fair and I get great work for my money. I recommend them to everyone.
