As ususal everyone was courteous and friendly. They were able to do my oil job in a timely manor and had the new battery I needed in stock and were able to replace it and get me on my way when they said they would.

They did an excellent diagnostic on my car and helped me figure out what to do next. They are very friendly.

Aside from the friendly and personal front office, I found the service was on time, thorough, professional, and did what needed to be done. The service report was detailed and provided an up-to-date mechanical status. All in all, a very positive experience.

I took my work delivery van into Tom's for an analysis of a host of potential and actual problems, telling them that I wanted to get an idea of the damage before going forward with repairs. I was called after about a 1/2 hour of work on the van, and sure enough, just the initial investigation revealed repairs more expensive than the car was worth receiving.
