Tom's Automotive tried to fix it on the spot during a busy day for them. They had to give it another shot the following day. They thought it was fixed - I paid and began to drive and alas, the problem remained. At that point Tom apologized and said any further repair work was on the shop. Every step of the process was explained to me along the way, and the problem was ultimately solved. I greatly appreciated the energy and honest dealing that went into an unexpectedly challenging repair!

I'm a procrastinator and even though, Tom's got me in and out without any trouble. Quick service!

... I don't know the first thing about cars. If I were being ripped off, there wouldn't be much I could do or say about it, because I just wouldn't know. That's why I go to Tom's ... because I think they're trustworthy. If something's wrong with my car, they'll tell me. They've even helped me prioritize the more expensive jobs so I can stretch them out as the money comes in. On top of that, they've watched my daughter grow up since babyhood, and they always ask about her. Tom's is the place to go in West Seattle.
