We have been regulars at Toms for a couple years and find that they are very straightforward when they do estimates and do not try to pressure anyone into making any repairs.

Our experience was excellent! It was done on time, they offered me a ride home when I dropped it off, and they even washed my vehicle! Everyone who works there is friendly and knowledgable, giving you confidence that your vehicle is in good hands.

My friend recommended that I go here to have my car checked out for a trip. They provided very fast work and gave me a lot of information about my car. I appreciated their fast service and their attention to detail.

Kandi and Patty and the rest of the team at Tom's are always friendly, helpful, and give good advice. They don't try to get me to do work that's not required, although they do point out things that require attention. Quick, easy and always solid work by their technicians and mechanics. Near closing time on a Wednesday, tech examined my SUV and determined that is should not be driven any further. Dropped of Friday & Picked up on Monday with an abundance of cool (quite) air with the turn of a knob.

Service was good, and friendly, as always. Some non-urgent work couldn't be completed because you didn't have the parts for my Mini. I have to admit, that the lack of parts and the fact that the Mini dealer was offering an oil change for $69.99 might make me go to them next time. Tom's is certainly more convenient, but if I have to bring my car in twice, that negates the convenience factor.

I drive 30 miles to come back to Tom's. I know they will check out my car and would tell me of any problems. I have complete faith in their integrity.
