The people at Tom's were wonderful. The diagnosis for my car was not good, but Tom's was sympathetic and helpful in helping me understand possible next steps and giving me additional information and recommendations.

Really liked how honest Tom's was. Did not feel like I was being pushed to service anything that was not necessary.
