You get what you pay for. I'm sure we could save a little money going somewhere else, but I doubt we'd get near the level of service or overall attention to detail and attention we get from Tom's. We've taken both our cars there for years, and they've always been careful to prioritize work and identify upcoming maint needs to help with our budgeting. As expected, they recently gave the same high quality service when working on our daughters car for the first time. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for great local service in West Seattle great service for our daughters car.

Tracy was great. He was very fast with the work but kept me in the loop about what he was doing. While I was sitting in the office, Bryce chatted with me while he was doing some work at the front desk. The people at Tom's are some of the nicest people you can meet.
