I can always count on Tom's doing what they say. However, I was disappointed that despite asking for the $49 oil change special and specifically asking or the front tires (which are worn) to be placed on the rear this was not done and the work record said the tires were optimally placed as is. I know that's simply not true. The best tires should be on the front - always. So today I took the car to Les Schwab where they rotated the tires but it cost me $30. I'm a little disappointed that after being a customer of Tom's for over 10 years I would not have this simple request answered when paying for a another larger reapir. Tom's is usually much better than that. I don't consider that sufficient to end my loyalty to Tom's but I was disappointed.
