Honest and forthright. Know the in and out of their repairs

As always, Tom's is great. I have been going there for 35 years. This time I essentially gave them a blank check (because I completely trust them) to fix several things that the Infinity dealer had previously said were a problem or in need of repair. I had taken it to the dealer recently for something that Tom's couldn't do. I told them that if they agreed with the dealer assessment on any issue, to fix it. All they did was the scheduled service and a check up. It didn't need anything else.

Every step of the process in getting my car repaired was excellent. Bryce gave me excellent breakdowns of what was going on with my vehicle, reviewing the options I had and keeping me up to date as repairs happened. I would gladly have my cars serviced here again and will recommend Tom's Automotive to friends and family. Lastly some of the repairs I had previously gotten at other locations (glass replacement, etc) were well priced; others I have no comparison but were well within what I hoped/budgeted for.

The service was excellent as always - i needed an oil change but I also wanted them to look at the skid guard under the front end of the car because a corner was drooping. This is an older car and we discussed getting a new part but I didn't want to spend a lot of money to replace it and they agreed. So they fixed it without pushing me to replace it. Small things like this build my trust. Thank you for the great service!

Hands down the best auto shop I've ever been to. Tom's is always friendly, accommodating and takes time to explain the issue. Recently they went the extra mile on an issue with our car and spent time (that the dealer wouldn't) diagnosing, finding and fixing the issue. All for a fair price and with an incredibly helpful attitude. Don't hesitate for a minute to go to this locally owned small business who consistently knocks it out of the park. We've been going to them for 10+ years and always had A+++ customer service.

Car wouldn't start, late Friday afternoon. Did not have a local mechanic. Desperately wanted a good experience. GOT IT. Will be a repeat customer.
