My car is older, a 2005 PT Cruiser and from what I was told by a previous mechanic not the easiest to work on. Tom's has kept it running very good since I started taking it there, much better than before. The professionalism and customer service are top notch as well. Never had one interaction that I could say was off or bad. And I love the lockbox option for your key if you have to pick up your vehicle after hours. I've lost my back up key so the lockbox was a lifesaver. Call or email them when you need something done. You'll be happy you did.

Easy professional reliable

Took Forraster in for dead battery. They were kind enough to charge my battery first since I hadn't been driving very often. No go- too old and needed a new one. They were really great with their Covid set up/ distancing and cleaning measures as well as great communicating with me. Great experience all around.

Tom’s Automotive Service was fantastic :) I was able to get my car towed in late at night and the very next day they were able to look at it and figure out the problem. Such a quick turn around! The staff is very friendly and informative. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

It is with pleasure that I share my experience with Tom’s Automotive in West Seattle. In expedited response to the service engine light indicator I drove to their reliable and expert shop. They were kind enough to take the time to read the codes and source the issue to low radiator fluid. I had just had BMW Seattle perform an oil service and complete top off of fluids a few days ago, which they obviously failed to do! Obviously I was unable to schedule the oil service with Tom’s due to my schedule. Tom’s Automotive service to the rescue! They are simply the BEST at what they do!
