I've been bringing my car to Tom's for regular oil changes and repairs for a while now. Though more expensive than some places, they have done a great job with the car and the mechanics and front office staff are always friendly and helpful. Around Thanksgiving I received a thoughtful coupon in the mail for 10% off and wanted to use it during my last oil change but when I mentioned it at the time of payment, the owner said I needed to have it in hand. Since I am a faithful customer, I asked if she would reconsider. She said no, I could use it next time but only if I brought it in. As a small business owner myself, I would recommend rethinking that policy. You never know how that 10% off can make a difference, especially around the holidays. Thanks for all your mechanics and friendly staff have done over the years.

Disappointing about the car but great service as always. We've used Tom's a few times now and will ise Tom's as our regular mechanic.

As always I have found the staff to be friendly and honest with me on what needs to be done and what can wait to be done. This way I am only doing the repairs and maintenance necessary and schedule and budget the repairs that need to be done in the future.
