I'm always satisfied with the service I receive at Tom's. They take such care, even with oil change service, to inspect your vehicle. I always appreciate the staff's frank feedback about current issues and issues that they see developing in the future. The staff provide education and are always willing to help you understand the issues. I have a strong sense of trust in the work that they do and know that I'm not being taken advantage of (as a female, I've had this experience with other shops in the past).

Always trustworthy! I brought my car in because the check engine light had come on. John checked it all out and figured out the cause, and then, just because, he checked my oil! I love Tom's because I know that they are straight shooters and will never try to upsell me on repairs that I don't really need. They work with you on scheduling and have loaner cars if needed. As a single woman, it's so great to have a trustworthy repair shop I can rely on!

Extraordinary Experience! Tom's staff, especially Tracy, are world class. They listen, they provide the information you need, and then abide by your decision. I think that in a world of only one auto repair place per state, Tom's would be it for Washington.

Tom's does an excellent job evaluating and troubleshooting when we bring in a vehicle. The list they provide of items to fix is very comprehensive and helps us in our decision to pick and choose what we can afford to repair. We have a car in there right now that was evaluated by another very highly ranked vehicle repair shop and they were not able to find the issue with the car. But Tom's found the issue. They are not cheap, but they do a great job and their customer service is great.

Bryce went above and beyond to help me! He did some research and discovered that the part that needed fixing was under recall. He even called the dealer for me to double check. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Without notice we had our car towed to Tom's during the night. The next day they called to get the scoop on why it wouldn't start. Throughout the repair process were kept up-to-date and on at least two occasions offered a ride or loaner car. While there even got out oil changed & inspection done. The kicker, I KNEW it was the starter and expected it to be replaced. Wrong!, it was the wiring to the starter . A less costly repair! Thank you Tom's!
